Subscription Coaching

Monthly subscription with plans tailored to your goals, plus two check-ins a month. Optional nutrition support to help you fuel well and feel strong.

Meet & Plan

A one-time 60-minute session where we dig into your goals and build a clear plan to reach them. Perfect for race training or getting unstuck.

Yoga Sculpt (In-Home)

I come to you and guide you through a strength-focused yoga flow. Available for individuals or small groups in your space.

Pop-Up Community Classes

Fun, women-centered classes that pop up around Denver. A great way to move, connect, and try something new with the LivPower community.

I'M LIV

I am a dedicated fitness professional with a diverse background in health and wellness, holding credentials as a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Women’s Fitness Specialist, as well as being a Yoga Sculpt Instructor (Coastal Yogi) and an RRCA Level 1 Run Coach.

 

My mission is rooted in the belief that fitness should be accessible to everyone; I am passionate about identifying and eliminating the barriers that stand between people and their health, providing the guidance necessary to turn goals into reality. When I’m not working my day job in Risk Management, you’ll almost always find me outside. Whether I’m training for my upcoming 50-miler, hitting a WOD at CrossFit Golden, or trying out a new workout class, I love staying on the move.

Originally from Massachusetts (and no, not Boston!), I’ve called Colorado home for the last two years. I live here with my husband, CJ, and our three little devils: our dog, Chicken Wing, and our two cats, Penny and Tinkerbell. When I’m not on the move, I’m usually spending time with friends and family, binging a show for the millionth time, or reading. I’m here to guide you, support you, and help you cross your own personal finish lines!

I’m a firm believer that to be a great guide, you have to be a lifelong student. One of my favorite pastimes is trying new gyms and experiencing the incredible fitness community we have here in Colorado.
 

While I specialize in comprehensive remote coaching and nutrition, I do not currently offer regular in-person training sessions. I believe it is so important to be transparent about what I can and cannot provide for you. However, because I want you to have the best experience possible, I’m happy to share my "Local Gold List." If you’re looking for a place to sweat in person, these are the spots where you’ll likely run into me.
